Affiliate disclosure
Several of the apps on the NectarHush ranking run affiliate programs. When you follow a Visit link on this site to one of those apps and then sign up or make a purchase, we may receive a commission from that company. It costs you nothing extra; the price you pay is the same whether you arrive through our link or not.
This disclosure is made in accordance with the United States Federal Trade Commission’s Guides Concerning the Use of Endorsements and Testimonials in Advertising (16 CFR Part 255). We would rather over-disclose than have you wonder.
Which links can earn us money
Every Visit button and every link to an app goes through an address on this domain that begins with /go/ followed by the app's name. Some of those lead to the app through our affiliate link and are marked for search engines as sponsored; the others lead straight to the app's own site and earn us nothing. Links between our own pages are not affiliate links.
How it affects the ranking
It does not buy a place. Every app is scored on the same ten criteria whether or not it pays us, and apps that pay us nothing are listed alongside those that do. Where an app has a real weak spot, its scores show it.
We do not accept payment for a place on the list, a score or an article, we do not publish sponsored posts, and no company we link to sees a page before it is published.
Adults only
NectarHush is written for adults aged 18 and over. The apps we rank set their own age requirements and verification; we do not recommend any of them to minors.
Nothing on this site is medical, psychological or relationship advice. We write about software and how people use it.
