1. What this site is
NectarHush publishes articles about AI companion apps for an adult audience. It is editorial content. We are not the developer of any app we write about and we do not operate any of the services we link to.
2. Age
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live if that is higher, to use this site. The services we link to have their own age requirements, which you are responsible for meeting.
3. Not advice
Nothing here is medical, psychological, legal or financial advice. Articles describe software, pricing and typical experiences as we understand them at the time of writing. Apps change their features and prices without telling us; check the current terms of any service before you pay for it.
4. Third-party services
When you follow a link off this site, your relationship is with that third party under its own terms and privacy policy. We are not a party to any agreement you make with them, we do not handle your payment, and we cannot help with account or billing problems on their service. Our disclosure explains how those links pay for this site.
5. Our content
The articles and illustrations on this site belong to NectarHush. You may quote short passages with a link back to the source. You may not republish whole articles, or use our illustrations, without written permission.
6. Provided as-is
The site is provided as-is, without warranty of any kind. To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of this site or of any service we link to. Some jurisdictions do not allow these limitations, in which case they apply only as far as the law permits.
7. Changes
We may update these terms; the current version is always the one published here with the date at the top.
8. Contact
